  • What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
    CANCELLATION CUT-OFFS 24hrs before your booking/ race session Cancellation Policy: What You Need to Know All cancellation requests must be made in writing before the above cut-off times. If you cancel, you will receive a refund, but a 10% administration fee will be deducted. However, if you prefer not to cancel outright, you have the option of rescheduling your session for a later date without incurring administration fees.
  • What is your policy on Alcohol?
    A1 Supa Karts we enforce a strict 0.00% BAC policy. we take safety very seriously. As such, we maintain the right to breath-test anyone we suspect of being under the influence of alcohol. Additionally, we reserve the right to deny entry without offering a refund to those who are suspected of being under the influence of alcohol OR drugs.
  • Are there any restrictions on clothing?
    To ensure everyone's safety and comfort, our policy requires all participants wear enclosed footwear, a long sleeve shirt or jumper and long pants. For participants with long hair, we ask that you tie it up and tuck it in your balaclava (available for purchase at the kiosk). Sandals and thongs are NOT allowed.
  • What is your policy for drivers under the age of 18?
    All drivers under the age of 18 will require permission from a parent or guardian (18+). A parent or guardian will also be required to be present when booking your race.
  • What happens if it rains?
    For Safety reasons we may need to cancel or postpone racing due to wet weather. In extreme weather conditions, such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, or strong winds, management may need to cancel or postpone your session for safety reasons. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule your session or provide you with a refund. Be sure to check the weather forecast before heading to our track, and bring a change of clothing just in case!
  • Can I bring my own helmet?
    Yes, you can definitely bring your own helmet in. We encourage you to bring your own helmet if you can. The better your helmet fits, the safer you are. However, it must be a full faced helmet that meets the Australian Standards. If you have a dirt bike helmet, you must wear the googles with it as well. This is for the safety of the driver. If you don’t have your own helmet, A1 Supa Karts provides hired helmets. Whilst wearing these balaclavas must be worn and these are available for $5 to purchase.
