Cancellation Policy
All drivers are required to arrive at A1 Supa Karts at least 20 minutes before their scheduled race time for driver registration, group assessment, and a pre-race briefing. - Late arrivals may lead to a missed race session and a refund or transfer may not be offered. A1 Supa Karts retains the right to cancel your booking, and any deposits paid will not be refunded or transferable to another date. CANCELLATION POLICY - SUPA SUNDAY - We do not offer refunds for a change of mind - We do not offer refunds for no shows - We require any cancellations to be made at least 48hours prior to your booking time If you fail to meet the cancellation requirements you will not be given a credit or refund. MEDICAL CONDITIONS/PRIOR INJURIES: - If you have medical conditions such as epilepsy, heart issues, pregnancy, or past head, back, or neck injuries, we advise against participating in go-karting. You must obtain medical consent from your physician to engage in this activity. - Such medical conditions or injuries could be worsened and can increase the risk of further injury. - Please inform one of our friendly staff of any medical concerns or prior injuries they should be aware of. - For occupational health and safety reasons, we may refuse your session. Refunds will NOT be issued to patrons with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) over 0.00. HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS: - Patrons are required to be a minimum of 140cm tall to be able to drive safely and reach the pedals - Inner seats are available on site for small frame people CLOTHING REQUIREMENTS - A1 Supa Karts requires patrons to be wearing comfortable clothing and flat closed toe shoes, thongs, sandals, and high heels will not be allowed - Loose clothing, scarves, head wear, skirts, dresses and loose pants are not recommended - No tight jewelry is to be worn around neck - Helmets are provided - Balaclavas are required to participate in your session. Please bring along your previously purchased balaclava if you have one. UNFORESEEN WEATHER CONDITIONS: - In the event of bad weather conditions or any business disturbances we may need to cancel or reschedule your booking.
